So you've chosen your business name and are ready to get in contact for a shiny new logo... BUT have you done these steps first?

​

  • Make sure it's available to register through ASIC and that another business isn't using it.
     

  • Search it on social media - has it already been taken or is something in a similar location using it?
     

  • Check there's a website domain available that you're happy with.
     

  • Make sure it can't be mistaken for something else. Does it mean something in a different language or slang for something else?
     

  • Register it through ASIC so no one else can take it!
     

  • Then you can contact your fav graphic designer for branding!!
